We currently have several shows performing on Royal Caribbean Cruise Lines as well as Broadway on Ice and Festival on Ice touring seasonally in the U.S. and internationally.
We cast year-round and are on the lookout for skaters who embody the very essence of excellence on ice, are technically strong in both jumps and spins. Shows are designed to showcase incredible athleticism and artistry of skaters, who bring passion, dedication, and joy to every performance! How To Join Us
YOUR RESUME/CV
- Step 1 | Prepare Resume/CV. Must include the following.
- Contact information, including address, phone number, email, and IG Handle (if available).
- Your CV/Resume should showcase your unique talents, achievements, and personality. Present yourself and make a good impression!
- Detailed account of competitive history and show experience, if applicable.
- List names of coaches and choreographers whom you have worked with.
- Experience in additional disciplines (Ex. Singles, Pair Skating, Adagio Skating, Ice Dance, Freestyle Skater, Ice Act Specialty, Flying Experience)
- Off-ice dance training, including ballet, jazz, hip hop, and modern.
- Any additional personal information or noteworthy attributes you wish to share.

- STEP 2 | Photo Submission. You must include the following pictures.
- 1 or 2 different Head Shots
- 1 full body shot.
YOUR VIDEO
- STEP 3 | Video Demo You must prepare and submit your video Please follow the format below.
- Please upload the video to YouTube or another upload site. Then submit a link to viewing. Link to video is preferred. Include the following!
- 1 minute: A presentation to the camera (including a face and full body shot): tell us about yourself in English, your specialty, and your experience!
- 2 minutes: Minimum Footage of your best performances, in training and at the most recent competition (mention date) in your specialty: Soloist skater, Pair skater, Adagio Skater, Ice Dance Skater, “Freestyler”, Ice Specialty Act! Please note that one of your video submissions must be of your current skating.
- 1 minute: Quick demo of all jumps and spins. Please show the hardest jump first, then continue with other jumps in repertoire, artistic and technical elements, back flips if you have one, edge moves such as hydro blades, spirals, flexibility moves, unique on ice moves! Surprise us! Show us how versatile you are!

TECHNICAL AND ARTISTIC REQUIREMENTS
FOR SKATERS
- Technical and Artistic Requirements | Discipline definitions and details on the specific types of skating roles/positions casting
- All Athletes applying in the below specific disciplines should possess athletic abilities and connection with the audience.
- Female Soloist | A skilled female athlete capable of delivering a complete, technically demanding, and artistic solo. Jump requirement: Minimum of all double jumps.
- Male Soloist | A highly skilled male athlete capable of delivering a complete, technically demanding solo. Jump requirement: Minimum of 2 triple jumps and double axel.
- Pair Teams | Execute skating elements and choreography in unison, as well as partnered elements. Lifts, throw jumps, twist lifts, death spirals, and any adagio tricks.
- Adagio Teams | Specialized discipline focused on a pair team performing intricate, acrobatic lifts highlighting strength, flexibility, and artistry, and strong technical skating elements.
- Ice Dance Teams | A male-female couple who together express rhythms and musical themes through precise technical skating, choreographic movements, dance lifts, dance spins, and unified performance as a dance partnership on ice.
- Freestyle Skaters | Male or Female. In hockey skates performing elements like cheat gainer, snowboarding flips and turns, head slides, backflips, grapevines into heel, double grapevines, slides, and crazy fun tricks on ice! Freestyle Skaters should also possess acting and comedy skill set.
- Skating experience in shows/tours. Not required to be considered, but helpful. Less professional experienced skaters may also apply if meet technical and artistic requirements above.
- Contract Length | Length of time in general is 6 to 8 months depending and varies on venue.
FOR SPECIALTY ACTS
You must submit your entire Act including costuming. We seek such ice acts, but not limited to:
- Hoola Hoop
- Magical Transformation
- Comedy
- Aerial Lyra Hoop
- Aerial Silk
- Aerial Strap
- Acrobats
- Aerial Trapeze
- German Wheel
- Jugglers
